Dubai Properties Developer has lately unveiled its plans for the project called Marasi Business Bay facing the budget of 1 bln. AED. The Business Bay area will be soon supplemented with inshore bungalow villas, a 1250-yacht dock, beach club, floating restaurants, as well as beach promenades and a recreation zone. Everyone visiting Dubai will be able to enjoy the area around Dubai Creek.
