Dubai developer Nshama has recently made a promise to its customers that the first phase (in the affordable housing sector) in the Town Square complex will be completed in 2017.
Thus, by September of next year, the owners of new apartments (1050 objects) and townhouses (1100 units) will be able to get new housing opportunities in the districts of Hayat and Zahra. It is also known that the living area of the Town Square project is located near the central square which area is like 16 football fields. Moreover, on the territory of the complex there will be built Vida Town Square hotel, Reel Cinemas with an open area, as well as 600 shops and other buildings that are necessary for the modern urban settlement.
The complex has a very privileged location: it is situated next to a golf course in the area of Arabian Ranches, the local polo club, Al Maktoum International Airport, and also close to the venue of the international exhibition EXPO 2020.
According to the developer, 2000 residential units at a price of 614.888 dirhams for one-bedroom apartments and up to 1 million dirhams for a townhouse or apartment with three bedrooms have been already sold out.
